30-Day Refund & Replacement Policy

You are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement within 30 days of receiving your order under the following conditions. If a refund or replacement is approved, you are not required to return the original item.

  • The item is defective, damaged, broken, or does not function correctly.
  • The received item differs from the description or does not match the customization details.
  • The size received is incorrect or does not match the order.
  • The order is missing items or has been lost in transit.

No Refunds or Replacements for the Following Cases

The 30-day policy does not cover the following situations, and we are not responsible for these issues:

  • Refund/replacement requests made after 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Incorrect selection of size, product, shipping address, or customization details.
  • Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, soiled, or damaged due to customer handling.
  • Requests due to personal preference, such as a change of mind.
  • Products bought during sales or promotional events.

1. Is a refund possible if I am dissatisfied with my purchase or simply no longer want it?

You are eligible for a refund if the issues stem from product quality, within 30 days of your order delivered date.

2. How long does it take ro receive a refund to my original payment method?

Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process to your initial payment method after a 3-day inspection period from receipt by Myprintsy.

3. What are the exceptions that might prevent me from getting a full refund?

  • If your request for a refund is after 30 days of delivery tracking
  • The problems are caused by giving the wrong shipping address, putting the wrong custom information, such as a custom name, hair color, or the size you ordered is not fitted.
  • The order was sent with exactly the information and items on order.

4. How should I prepare my shipment for return?

You are not required to physically return items, saving you time and money. Simply provide detailed information and photos for issue resolution.

5. Can I exchange my items?

All Myprintsy products are custom-printed. To exchange for a different size or design, you are requested to cover the resend fee, which varies based on the product(s) purchased.
