Shipping methods 

We use the Standard Shipping option for most orders. Items will be delivered within 4-7 business days (for US domestic) and 5-10 business days (for international) after production is completed.

Important Information:
Over 98% of packages arrive on time. However, occasional delays may occur due to severe weather, customs processing, or incorrect address details. If you experience a delay, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

For modified orders, production time may be extended by 1–2 days.

If your order is being delivered to a P.O. Box, please ensure your shipping address includes the full ZIP+4 or 5-digit code.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is ready for dispatch, allowing you to monitor its journey until it reaches your doorstep.

Delivery Guidelines:

  • Please double-check that all delivery information is accurate. If there is any incorrect or missing information, we may need to contact you, which could delay your order.
  • Customs clearance may also cause delays in some cases.
  • Be sure to provide your complete address details; otherwise, the package may be returned to us.

Possible Causes of Late Delivery:

  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
  • Severe weather conditions
  • International customs processing

Customs & Import Taxes:

Customs policies vary by country. While some locations do not impose import fees, others may charge duties and taxes. Please note that the prices on our website do not include these additional fees. If applicable, import taxes, duties, and related charges will be determined by your local customs office and may be required upon delivery.

Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.

Important: The national carriers will use regional carriers to deliver your package when the package arrives at the destination country. When this happens, please contact them or us to get accurate information about your shipment.
